Becky Gutierrez is a staff research associate and Lab Coordinator of the UCSD Autism Intervention Research Program. She currently serves as the Project Coordinator for the Autism Center of Excellence treatment core. Becky graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in Psychology in 2002 and completed her Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in 2012. She has been working with children with autism in clinical and research settings since 2000, and has been the Lab Coordinator at the UCSD Autism Intervention Research Program since 2004. Her research interests include the relationship between parent stress and intervention outcome for young children with autism, as well as identification of and appropriate services for very young children at risk for autism.
